American Brunch: Bottomless Mimosas!
Mimosas: Socially acceptable way of start drinking in the morning. American brunch means bottomless mimosas to me. But this generalisation does not apply every single State. I have no clue about the reasoning but some States prefer banning unlimited booze deals.
